By downloading and using ConnectIQ, you assume full and sole responsibility for any and all use of the App. The developer of ConnectIQ provides the App "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ConnectIQ stores all data exclusively on your device. The developer has no access to your data and assumes no responsibility for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, iOS updates, or any other cause. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
The developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. You agree that the developer shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
ConnectIQ does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information entered into the App is stored locally on your device and is never accessible to the developer or any third party. The App does not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind.
